Staff Volunteering

Staff volunteering is a great way of uniting staff in a shared purpose and creating an increased sense of team spirit. We know a motivated workforce is a company’s best asset and invaluable to us in supporting our work.

At Barnardos, we have a number of opportunities for staff to volunteer throughout the year. Depending on the size of the group, we would work with you to identify the most suitable option. This may be one of the following:

• Staffing / stewarding support for one of our Barnardos events – for example: our Bunny Run.
• Volunteering on one of our main collection days or organising a once off bucket collection to increase awareness and raise funds for Barnardos at the same time.
• Cleaning, painting or gardening in one of our Barnardos projects as the need arises.

We are happy to arrange these days with our charity partners/supporters but they must be in conjunction with a programme of fundraising activities.
