Barnardos Munster Golf Tournament 2011

We are delighted to announce that this October will see the inaugural Barnardos Munster Golf Tournament. Does your company or team have what it takes to compete for the Barnardos trophy on October 20^th in the magnificent setting of the Old Head Golf Links, Kinsale?

Date: Thursday October 20th

Venue: Old Head Golf Links, Kinsale, Co Cork

Format:  Teams of 4 (Texas scramble)

Timetable:   

11.00am Registration and light refreshments
12.30pm Shotgun Start
6.30pm  Dinner and Prize giving with Fergus Finlay,  Barnardos Chief Executive

Price:

Team of 4 - €600.00
Team of 2 - €350.00 (teams of 2 will be paired by Barnardos to make up a Four-ball)

Who will you be playing for?

Funds raised from the Barnardos Munster Golf Tournament will go directly to support the Barnardos Brighter Futures Centre in Knocknaheeny, Cork.

The centre is a prevention and early intervention initiative aimed at supporting children to achieve better social and educational outcomes. Operating since 2008, the centre has already had huge success with programmes like a Pre-School service and an After School Club, but due to limited resources and funding there is now a waiting list for its services. Your support will help us continue our work in Knocknaheeny with children in need of help.
