Great Limerick Run
Barnardos are delighted to announce that we have been chosen as the Charity of Choice for the Great Limerick Run 2012!
Sunday May Bank Holiday 2012 will see Limerick City welcome over 7,000 runners and 30,000 spectators along the course of the Great Limerick Run. This event has something for everyone including a marathon, a half marathon and a 6 mile event. Join the Barnardos Team for this fantastic event, raise some money and stay for the fun on this festival weekend!
Trek Nepal for Barnardos

Nepal is widely regarded as the finest destination in the world for trekking, and the area around Annapurna is very hard to beat. From our highest point on the trek, the panorama of the Himalayas is truly awe inspiring, with Dhaulghiri to the West, Manaslu to the East and in between them Annapurna and Macchapucchare, the fish-tailed mountain.
But Nepal is not just a place for mountains and trekking, it is also a place where the warmth of its people, unique culture and incredible history, bring a visit to this mystical country alive.

Join the Barnardos running team in our events throughout Ireland, or why not join us on the exciting challenge of completing an overseas marathon! We have marathons and runs of all distances, and no matter which run you decide to do, we will be there to support you! Challenge yourself in 2011 and help change a child's life.
