Danone“Danone has supported Barnardos for the past four years by sponsoring the Danone Big Toddle for Barnardos – a fun active event that has become Barnardos’ biggest fundraiser and a huge success. All of the money raised is going directly to help fund Best Start programmes which allows children to develop their own individuality and interests by introducing playtime, storytelling, drawing and music into their lives. By giving children the opportunity to be a child, we are helping them better prepare for their future. The event is an excellent way for children to help other children get more out of life.” Fiona Marshall, Marketing Director, Danone Ireland |
RabobankRabobank has agreed to partner with Barnardos over the next three years to provide support for the Little Foot Forward programme. Little Foot Forward is a Barnardos pre-school service for children aged between 2-5 years. These are children from disadvantaged communities, deemed at high risk of failing in the school system.
“Rabobank’s support for the Little Foot Forward programme is very much appreciated by everyone here at Barnardos. Companies like Rabobank can make such a telling impact where it really matters - it’s so encouraging to know that there are people like you out there who care as much as we do about vulnerable children.” Fergus Finlay, Chief Executive, Barnardos |
