Barnardos photography policy
Barnardos uses a range of challenging and optimistic pictures. All challenging photographs are taken with child models. All pictures of children are taken with parental permission.
Children's Data Protection
Barnardos is currently working with Patrick McKenna, CEO of 2SA Plus which is a leading internet security company. 2SA Plus is conducting a Children's Data Protection Research Project on our behalf. The research is focusing on three primary areas of concern to us: children's data privacy; children's personal privacy; and child pornography.
This research will inform our recommendations to policy-makers and all those with responsibility for IT governance.
