Barnardos works directly with the children and families who need us most, providing services and support in 40 centres around the country. In 2016 we need to raise over €5 million to ensure we can continue to work with the vulnerable children and families who need it most.Donate
A small donation of €3 per month can make a big difference in a child’s life. You can set up a donation so that it goes out close to the day you get paid, so you will barely even notice it. It will make little impact on you, but a big impact on a child's life.Donate
Your donation will be put straight to work funding our crucial, frontline services for disadvantaged children. Programmes like our breakfast clubs, which for some children may be the only time they get a hot meal. Or our after school programme, where we support children to complete their education. And then there are our toy libraries that give children the chance to play and really experience the joys of childhood.Donate
At three years old, Molly didn't know how to play. Barnardos is working with her and her mother to give Molly her childhood back. You can help by donating whatever you can.Donate
In 2015 we worked directly with over 14,100 children and families all over Ireland. Barnardos works in the heart of disadvantaged communities with children and families whose well-being is under threat. We provide services in a total of 40 projects all over Ireland.
Every child we help has a story to tell. And each story is as unique as the last. But hand-in-hand with our dedicated staff in Barnardos centres up and down the country, they all make the journey to a better, happier and more fulfilling life.Donate
Our income, spending and financial situation are detailed each year in our Annual Reports. These are independently audited. Barnardos relies on income raised through fundraising to support our services. 88 cent out of every euro raised is spent directly on our work with children.Donate
