Toddlebox, brought to you by Cow & Gate growing-up milk, is sponsoring this year's Big Toddle for Barnardos – a fun sponsored walk for toddlers that has become Barnardos' biggest fundraiser and a huge success. In 2018 Barnardos will be celebrating 15 years in partnership with Danone Early Life Nutrition which has enabled over 350,000 toddlers, their crèches and families to support our work and raise over €3.5 million to date. Thanks to our sponsor, all of the money raised goes directly to making a real difference to vulnerable children in Ireland.
Barnardos are delighted to form a strategic partnership with Dell EMC to improve Barnardos services to children and families in the communities in which they operate. This partnership spans employee engagement and volunteering as well as commercial support through their sponsorship of the annual Barnardos National Collection Day kindly supported by Dell. In addition Dell EMC and Barnardos have worked together to harness their skills to help improve digital literacy amongst children we are working with to deliver bespoke Code Work Clubs in Dublin, Limerick and Cork.
Barnardos have teamed up with Saint-Gobain sites across the country for 2017 and 2018 to help transform the lives of young children in our early year’s services and friendship groups. Staff from Cavan to Dublin and Clare to Kildare will join forces in their fundraising and volunteering efforts to support Barnardos while sharing their skills and expertise in construction.
Barnardos are thrilled to be the official Charity partner for the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt that takes place in Merrion Square Dublin. This ever popular event is a family favourite with big and little kids alike and thanks to the generosity of Cadbury 100% of funds raised come directly to Barnardos to support our services for children and families. Following a successful multi-year Charity Partnership with Mondelez Barnardos were delighted to continue our relationship with the Cadbury brand which also extends to their popular Cadvent campaign at Christmas.
PaddyO's Cereals have kindly chosen to support Barnardos through the donation of granola and porridge to Barnardos project centres across the country. With every box purchased customers will be helping to provide cereal products to support the children and families Barnardos are working with. Look out for the Barnardos labelled boxes that will be appearing on shelves in spring 2017.
ISS, the leading global provider of facility services selected Barnardos as their Charity of the Year for 2017. From head office to client sites, staff across Ireland have come together to help transform the lives of children for the better. ISS kicked off their partnership by Going Green for Barnardos on St. Patrick’s weekend with hundreds of people taking part in a festively green coffee morning to raise funds and awareness to support our services.
Beko, the popular domestic appliance and consumer electronics brand, have been in partnership with Barnardos since 2015 providing both financial assistance and white goods products to our project centers across the country. Over the last two years Beko have gifted new items such as fridges and microwaves to support our Breakfast Clubs and washing machines and dryers to enable our children’s services provide additional assistance to families we are working with.

Their support has enabled us to continue to provide best in class services and supports to give children across Ireland the best start in life and a more promising future.
To-date Sweets for Life have donated almost €500,000 to Barnardos in support of our services for children's, through the donation of proceeds from the sale of their bagged sweets in businesses across Ireland. Since 2006 Sweets for Life have given over 67% of the profit it makes to Barnardos and provides their customers with a varied range of high quality confectionery products sourced from the industry leaders. Ulster Bank has developed an easy way for customers to donate to their favourite causes through its ATM network across Ireland and Barnardos are delighted to be chosen as one of their beneficiaries.
