1,500 Burpees in April

Could you do 1,500 Burpees in April? Help raise funds to transform a child's life!

We are challenging you to take our April exercise challenge and do 1,500 Burpees between April 1st and 30th!

Over 30 days complete a few sets whenever you can, keep at it, and at the end of April you'll have completed 1,500! Do whichever type of Burpee works for you and raise money to help vulnerable children and families in Ireland.

You only need a small amount of space to do a Burpee, and they can be done inside, or in an outdoor space like a private balcony or garden. Exercise is more important now to keep our mental and physical health strong.

All the details with plenty of encouragement and support can be found on the Facebook group. Remember this is a challenge, get your friends involved and ask them to sign up and support.
