Can you do the challenge?
We are challenging you to take our August exercise challenge and do 1,500 Burpees between August 1st and 31st!
Over 31 days complete a few sets whenever you can, keep at it, and at the end of August you'll have completed 1,500! Do whichever type of Burpee works for you and raise money to help vulnerable children and families in Ireland.
You only need a small amount of space to do a Burpee, and they can be done inside, at a gym, or in an outdoor space like a park, private balcony or garden. Exercise is a great way to keep our mental and physical health strong.
