Adopted Adults Support Meeting

What to expect:

Barnardos has been running support meetings for adopted adults for many years - this is the first meeting we have run in Cork. We know that many adopted adults have benefitted from the opportunity of meeting others with some guidance from our specialist adoption team.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for adopted adults to meet others in person for discussion and support around a range of issues such as:

• Growing up adopted
• Looking for birth information
• Seeking birth family
• Reunion and afterwards

We will be giving information about our more detailed four session course “Exploring Adoption” at the meeting.
