Barnardos Suits the Wexford Opera Festival!
Get your tuxes ready! To coincide with the opening of general booking for the Wexford Festival Opera (24 October – 4 November), Barnardos is selling 400 brand new dress suits for €65 offering an affordable way to dress up for the Opera while benefiting the children and families Barnardos works with. Lyric FM broadcaster Marty Whelan met Mezzo-Soprano Laura Murphy from the Wexford Festival Chorus and a number of Festival volunteers at the National Gallery to celebrate the launch.
Dress suits cost just €65 and are available through our shops.

The 2012 Wexford Festival Opera will run for 12 days from Wednesday, 24 October until Sunday, 4 November. Booking now open at www.wexfordopera.com / +353 (0)53 912 2144. This year’s programme will include 3 mainstage opera productions L’Arlesiana by Francesco Cilèa, Le Roi malgré lui (The King in Spite of Himself) by Emmanuel Chabrier, and A Village Romeo and Juliet by Frederick Delius and 2 daytime ShortWork operas (A Dinner Engagement by Lennox Berkeley and The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart) and a programme of daytime and evening events.
