Barnardos is delighted to announce that we'll shortly be opening a new charity shop in Dalkey, Dublin.
When: late August 2018, opening date tbc
Where: 1 Blue Court, Convent Road, Dalkey
We need your donations of stock for our new Dalkey store. We would be delighted to accept your:
The money raised from donations of goods goes to help vulnerable children in Ireland. Donations can be dropped to the shop in Dalkey throughout August, the team setting up will be able to accept the donations even before the shop opens.
The Dalkey shop needs volunteers - would you like to give a few hours per week? It's a great way to make a difference, build your skills and make friends. If you're interested in volunteering in our Dalkey shop, you can register your interest now, or call our Volunteer Coordinator Suzanne Connolly on 01-4530355.
There's also an opportunity for a Community Employment Scheme job in the Dalkey Shop. We're looking to recruit a Sales Assistant, for 19.5 hours per week. This role includes accrediting training.
