Huge thanks to everyone at Gaelscoil Chill Mhantain who recently held a cake sale in aid of Barnardos and raised a fantastic €930!
Every year, the school hold a bake sale to support children's charities - The staff at the school chose to fundraise for Barnardos this year after hearing about our current Lost campaign.
Emma Brown, Barnardos Community Fundraiser, was delighted to visit Gaelscoil Chill Mhantain and speak to enthusiastic pupils. "We're delighted with the amazing support from staff, pupils and their families. The funds raised will have a huge impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families across Ireland.'
The fundraiser was part of Barnardos Go Green campaign which has raised over €5,000 - all thanks to the generosity of schools across the country.
