Olympian Gymnastics is a club that strongly believes in the potential of young people and this year, the young gymnasts have proven just what they can achieve as they raised the incredible sum of €20,011.55 for Barnardos services.

Barnardos was delighted to partner with Olympian Gymnastics for the third year running and we were thrilled to hear of their novel fundraising event this summer: every student getting sponsored to take part in a cartwheel-a-thon at the end of their classes throughout the month of May!

Olympian Gymnastics runs gymnastics classes all across south Dublin and in Cavan, working with 3,000 children and young people in their venues and in schools. Neil Gissane, CEO and Co-Owner of Olympian Gymnastics, told us why Barnardos is a charity close to their hearts: "At Olympian Gymnastics, we see young people from all backgrounds and walks of life come through our doors. For us, we want to support every young person to achieve their potential. We know Barnardos strives to help thousands of children across Ireland to reach their potential and so it was a natural fit for us to choose to support Barnardos."

We would like to extend our special thanks to all of the gymnasts who contributed to this incredible fundraising achievement and we wish you the best of luck in your future gymnastics and all other endeavours!
