Programme aims:Our programme focuses on building positive respectful relationships within the family, improving communication as well as reducing conflict and increasing cooperation.
Resources used:Based on the principals of emotional and social intelligence as well as emotion coaching, a research based tool developed by Dr. John Gottman.

About the Facilitator

Name:Clare Crowley Collier
Qualifications:BA NUI Maynooth, MA in International Business & Culture Oxford Brookes and Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Experience:Background in teaching , youth work, behaviour modification programmes in school. Counsellor in school and private practice, facilitating workshops and talks for parents for a number of years, counsellor with unmarried and separated parents of Ireland.
