Through my 1 :1 parent mentoring and group courses, I support and empower parents in finding their own solutions to life challenges. During the 1: 1 mentoring and courses, parents have the time to reflect and discuss issues that are arising for them and leave with a greater understanding of their own and their child’s behaviours and the reasons behind them and how to respond in more open and supportive ways.

The Early Years Parenting Programme aims to build on parents’ strengths and to have more enjoyable and satisfying relationships with their children and to help them solve discipline problems.
The course is aimed at parents of younger children, but modified according to the group. Objective of the course is to address how parents interact with their children, focusing on positive parenting and positive discipline.
The Adolescents Programme aims to help parents to connect with and build good relationships with their teenage children while also being firm and influential in their lives.
To support the development of parenting practices which nurture the well-being and development (social, intellectual and behavioural). Deepen our understanding of the potential for family relationships to build esteem and support the needs of each family member individual equally as well as the family as a whole.
A short parenting course for parents preparing for, going through or who have gone through a separation or divorce. The aim of the programme is to help parents: Solve co-parenting problems in a positive way that focused on the needs of children; Cope with the emotional impact of separation and learn stress management techniques; Help your children to cope with the impact of separation both emotionally and practically; Enhance communication with their children and with their children’s other parent.
