As a member of Charities Institute Ireland we subscribe to their Triple Lock, which means we are compliant with best practice in ethical fundraising.
Barnardos is fully committed to achieving the standards contained within the Guidelines for Charitable Organizations on Fundraising for the Public.
The purpose of these guidelines is to:
- Improve fundraising practice;
- Promote high levels of accountability and transparency by organisations fundraising from the public;
- Provide clarity and assurances to donors and prospective donors about the organisations they support.
