The Galway Post Adoption Service team would like to invite adoptive parents to an evening of self-care and reflection. Using some of the principles from the Staying Grounded Course, we hope to create a safe and relaxing space to explore patterns of stress and share ways in which you can care for yourself with kindness and compassion.
We advise you to wear comfortable, loose clothing, and will provide snacks and light refreshments.
