Barnardos Post Adoption Service are delighted to invite your teens to an evening support group specifically designed for adopted teenagers, aged 17-19. The group will take place on the 1st Wednesday of every month, 7:00pm – 8:30pm in Barnardos Head Office.
This social group aims to provide a space for young people to come together and practice social skills in a safe space, as well as sharing their experience of adoption. It will be a great opportunity for teenagers who are seeking new friendships, connection and fun.
The social group is open to new participants. Prior to joining the group, we require a parent consultation to discuss your child’s needs and suitability for the group. A call with a staff member can also be arranged, should any young person wish to speak with a member of staff to discuss their own questions or concerns.
