This programme is about starting the journey of becoming self-reliant and independent. Its aim is to prepare and help the parent as their teenager prepares to expand relationships beyond the family network. To prepare the parent for change/struggle/first steps towards independence as their teenager meets new challenges during their teenage years.
Providing parenting support in a variety of models including: public seminars/talks, half day workshops, 3-6 week courses, 1 day weekend course and small group work.
