Parenting When Separated Programme
A short parenting course for parents preparing for, going through or who have gone through a separation or divorce. The aim of the programme is to help parents: Solve co-parenting problems in a positive way that focused on the needs of children; Cope with the emotional impact of separation and learn stress management techniques; Help your children to cope with the impact of separation both emotionally and practically; Enhance communication with their children and with their children’s other parent.
Drug Education Programme for Parents
Why do young people engage with substance misuse? What are the signs? The risks and dangers. To support a young person who finds himself/herself in this position. If there is a problem?
Parenting Teenagers
Based on the Parents Plus , this course covers all areas of parenting teenagers including positive parenting, positive discipline, solving problems with children, managing difficult behaviour and discipline problems. helping your child to be more co-operative and keep rules, encouraging your child to help improve their confidence more.

Parenting After Separation or Divorce
This programme is suitable for parents who are planning to separate or have already separated. Developed based on experience as a family mediator, Parents Plus facilitator, research and personal experience, this workshop looks at ways to help children/teens to cope with parental separation. The workshop also looks at how parents need to care for themselves and covers topics such as introduction of new partners, blended families, parenting plans etc. The programme also teachers key parenting skills to help parents to manage child/teen behaviour, connect well with child/teen, encouragement and how it helps child/teen to be more confident and other skills. Parenting alone can bring challenges and the key parenting skills is aimed at helping parents to know how to cope and also to be confident in their parenting style.

Support parents to understand their child’s behaviour and give them the tools to deal with challenging behaviour effectively. Support parents in parenting when they are: separating or divorcing, sharing parenting, parenting in a multicultural society, parenting alone. Support parents to talk to their children about their family situations. Support families to parent through difficult times. Support parents to develop strong relationships with their children.
One to One Parent Mentoring
My 1:1 Parenting Mentoring is a valuable service for parents who need help with an issue and can gain support. The sessions are one hour in duration and time to reflect and discuss, parents have a greater understanding of the child’s behaviour and the reasons behind it. They leave with a clear understanding of how to respond in a way that works better and I get a lot of emails or texts of the improvement they experience.
