Parenting When Separated Programme

A short parenting course for parents preparing for, going through or who have gone through a separation or divorce. The aim of the programme is to help parents: Solve co-parenting problems in a positive way that focused on the needs of children; Cope with the emotional impact of separation and learn stress management techniques; Help your children to cope with the impact of separation both emotionally and practically; Enhance communication with their children and with their children's other parent.

About the Facilitator

Name:Clarecare Family Support Team Professionals facilitate groups.
Qualifications:Professional 3rd level qualifications in the area of family support, social work, community childcare work primarily. Also trained specifically in Parents Plus Programmes.
Experience:Facilitators are part of Clarecares Family Support team and have experience in the delivery of parenting and other group based programmes, as well as experience from working in the area of child and family support. Facilitators include Social Workers, Community Child Care Workers and Family Workers.
