Barnardos Post Adoption Service for Children would like to invite you to an in person parents support group in the Hoban Hotel Kilkenny, Co Kilkenny. It is an opportunity for adoptive parents to meet other adoptive parents in a structured and supportive space, where they can discuss some of the highs and lows of raising an adopted child. Parents are welcome to share their experiences and strengths or simply listen to other parents stories.
We are hoping that by meeting in Kilkenny, we can facilitate attendance for parents who have been unable to attend parent support meetings in our Cork, Dublin or Galway centres due to the travel involved.
