The aim of this workshop is to support Early Year’s Educators in understanding the factors that influence children’s behaviour and to see behaviour as communication. This workshop is suitable for Early Learning and Care and School-Aged Childcare educators interested in learning more about supporting children’s social and emotional wellbeing.

After completing this training webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the stages of social and emotional development
  • Recognise factors that influence children’s behaviour
  • Describe how relationships and supportive interactions are key
  • Consider ways to appropriately promote positive behaviour in an early learning and care setting
  • Work in partnership with parents

Participants who complete the training webinar will receive an Attendance Certificate.
