Method of delivery:One-to-One Private Sessions online and in person in a therapy centre in Dublin 2 and Group Workshops at community centres. Individual sessions are supported by additional email/phone support outside of the regular sessions.

About the Facilitator

Qualifications:BA in Human Resources Management, Personal, Business and Executive Coaching Diploma, Advanced Parent Coaching Certificate
Experience:I have had an interest in personal development, human psychology and behaviour from a very young age.  I have a professional background in Human Resources and have held various corporate roles in the financial services industry throughout my career. I am committed to ongoing professional development to continually enhance my expertise and coaching abilities. I am truly passionate about coaching, and I am confident that this passion will be reflected in the impact my coaching sessions will have on my clients. I am a mother of two children, six and two.
