The young people we have worked with have said that when they were or still are living at home with the fighting and hurting they usually rushed to their bedrooms – they said what might help is a distraction pack

- Word searches
- Play Doh
- Loom bands
- Earphones
- Hot water bottles
- Chewy sweets
- Puzzles
- Colouring books
- Board games
- Teddy bear to cuddle
- Glow sticks for when its dark or they are hiding
- A letter with words of hope
- Anything that will help distract them
