Family Wellbeing – Parenting Consciously (Irish Association of Relationship Mentors)

The primary focus of the course is on the participants’ relationship with self. How we relate with ourselves will hugely affect how we relate with others. The course aims to facilitate parents and those working with children, to explore their relationship with self so that they may become conscious of what unconscious protectors may be driving their behaviour when they are stressed.

Experience:I have completed with distinction, 4 years university training in the field of parent and relationship mentoring and interpersonal communication. To compliment my training, I partake in continued professional development as required by my professional governing body IARM, (Irish Association of Relationship Mentors), including a postgraduate training in ‘The Psychotherapy of Co-creational Relationship Mentoring’ and the ‘Advanced Certificate In Jungian Sandtray Therapy’. I am currently studying an MA in the ‘Psychotherapy of Co-creational Relationship Mentoring’. I have trained with Barnardos ‘Roots of Empathy Programme’ and facilitated it in the classroom. I have been presenting this course twice a year since 2008 with groups and one to ones. I have a private practice in Kilmacanogue, County Wicklow and am available for public talks on ‘Family Wellbeing’, ‘Creating Psychological Safety within Families, Schools and Workplaces’, ‘Family Communication’, ‘Anxiety in Children and Adults’, ‘Building Bridges of Connection’ and ‘The Teenage Years’.  Please see www.annebrannick.ie for more information.
